University Ordinance.
It appears to the Board that the form of sub-section 11 as at present amended, although it expresses the Board's opinion on the matter, is somewhat more rigid and detailed than is under the circumstances desirable. The Board however are doubtful whether it is advisable to go into the matter further until the appointment of a Vice-Chancellor has been definitely settled, since it is possible that he might have views on the subject which, as those of the person responsible for the organisation of the University work, the Board would not wish in any way to prejudice in advance.
I wa, Sir,
Your obedient Servant,
Fr. Frank Fralle
